Ingredients for Akhrot Ka Raita Recipe

  • Walnuts California coarsely chopped 1/3 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • brown sugar/jaggery 2 tablespoons
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chillies crushed 1/8 teaspoon
  • Seedless grapes thinly sliced 12

Method

Step 1

Combine yogurt, walnuts, brown sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Add cumin seeds and crushed red chillies and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.

Step 3

Garnish with grapes and serve chilled.
