- Medium green capsicums cut into 3/4 inch squares 2
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Medium onion finely chopped 1
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 43 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Garam masala powder 3/4 teaspoon
- Fresh cream 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped to garnish
