This is one grain that is about 98% percent digestible. In India we are familiar with Basmati, Patna or brown rice but it is also available as Italian Rice and Glutinous Rice which is popular in Chinese and Japanese cuisines.

- Rice cooked 3 cups
- Boneless chicken cut into strips 200 grams
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon
- Fresh red chillies sliced 1-2
- Egg 1
- Medium carrot finely chopped 1
- Spring onion bulbs sliced 3-4
- Cherry tomatoes halved 4-5
- Spring onion greens sliced 1 tablespo for garnish

- Fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon
